In order to organize the application of National Natural Science Foundation of China in 2022, further improve the quality of project application and enhance the competitiveness of teachers in project application, the school held the mobilization meeting of National Natural Science Foundation of China application in 2022 in the reporting hall on the first floor of the administrative building of Mingxiang campus on the afternoon of November 22, 2021. Our college has set up an online branch venue in the conference room on the fifth floor of block a of the erudite Museum, attended by nearly 50 people, including Dean Dong Xiaoqiang, leaders of various disciplines, young teachers, some doctoral and master's representatives.

At the meeting, Sun Hongbin, deputy secretary of the University Party committee and vice president (in charge of administrative work), made a mobilization speech. He pointed out that basic research is the foundation of colleges and universities, and National Natural Science Foundation of China is the main channel for the state to support basic research, which is very important for the development of individuals, teams, disciplines and schools. He asked the whole school to do a real job and make great efforts to apply for the National Natural Science Foundation.

Sang Shengbo, Dean of the Academy of science and technology, comprehensively analyzed and summarized the work of the National Natural Science Foundation of our university in 2021 through specific data, and arranged and deployed the application work of the National Natural Science Foundation of our university in 2022 based on the working idea of "quality improvement and increment".

Invited Professor Chou Jianshe of Zhongbei University, combined with his experience in applying for National Natural Science Foundation of China for many years, made a report on basic research & innovation research. He explained the project name, summary, project basis, research content and objectives, project research scheme and research basis in simple terms, and had on-site communication with teachers after the meeting.

Feng Guorui, member of the Standing Committee of the University and vice president, stressed that all relevant departments and units should attach great importance to it, start it quickly, formulate a detailed road map and schedule, and try every means to grasp the quality of the application on the basis of ensuring the progress; Applicants should make full use of their talents and items, organize topics as soon as possible, master the current situation, try their best to play their main role, and do everything possible to grasp the approval rate.

Finally, Dong Xiaoqiang summarized the national fund application work of the college in 2021 and arranged the application work of the college in 2022. He proposed that we should thoroughly implement the spirit of this meeting, continue to maintain high scientific research fighting spirit, deeply integrate into the team, carefully familiarize ourselves with the guidelines, and strive to achieve better results in the application of National Natural Science Foundation of China projects in 2022.
