I. Personal profile

Xiao Zhang, male, 1980, Ph.D., is a professor, doctoral tutor, senior engineer, national registered civil engineer (road engineering), “SanJin talent” top-notch backbone talents emerging industry leading personnel of institutions of higher learning in Shanxi Province, outstanding young academic leaders of Shanxi Colleges and universities, Shanxi Province academic and technical leaders, member of China highway society youth expert committee, member of Transportation Research Association of American Academy of Sciences. He has been mainly engaged in advanced traffic materials, green road maintenance technology, traffic geotechnical and other fields of teaching and scientific research.
