1) Large and complex foundation, foundation treatment, foundation pit and slope;
2) The interaction of complex superstructure and underground structure;
3) Influence of reinforcement and reconstruction of existing buildings on foundation;
4) Environmental geotechnical.
6. Main research achievements
He undertook to complete a number of projects such as the national natural science foundation, the Shanxi provincial natural science foundation, the merit-based funding project for the scientific and technological activities of overseas students in Shanxi province, and the construction of the scientific and technological innovation team in Shanxi province. At the same time, he participated in and consulted hundreds of horizontal engineering projects. He has published more than 50 papers in important journals and conferences at home and abroad. He has edited and participated in the compilation of 10 books and teaching materials. He participated in the compilation of the national standard Technical Specification for Composite Foundation (GB/T50783-2012) of the People's Republic of China. He participated in the compilation of 5 local construction standards in Shanxi province. He has won the second prize and the third prize for scientific and technological progress in Shanxi province.
